Is the Holding Company made up of "Vetrerie Riunite" who work in the technical sector, "Vetri delle Venezie" who make tableware, "Technoglas Produktions-GmbH", "Borromini" and "A.L.T." who make glass for the transport industry, and "Novaref" who work in the refractory sector.
